Celebrating

Africa,Excellence,People,Hospitality

We are on a mission to recognize and celebrate organizational excellence.

The Annual Pyne Awards Africa is the picture-perfect platform for bringing hospitality & tourism industry leaders together as well as celebrating brand excellence and individual achievements. It is our way of recognizing and rewarding people’s abilities and accomplishments. We were founded in Lagos, Nigeria and the United States, and have kept our promise of annually recognizing excellence and talent in performing outstanding work. With over 30 workers and partners, we have expanded into additional African nations, providing unique experiences through Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE).

Our mission will always be to recognize and celebrate organizational excellence, spotlight excellent employees, and acknowledge their contributions to the Hospitality and Tourism industries. We are an ethical and honest organization that bestows genuine honours to deserving winners.

This year’s event celebrates the future of tourism in Africa. Africa is excited to celebrate pioneers in African countries and every African doing outstanding work in tourism, hospitality and travel globally.

We are honoured to be endorsed by the African Tourism Board (ATB), the Federation of Nigerian Tourism Associations (FTAN), and the Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation (NTDC), as well as the Lagos State Ministry of Tourism, Arts, and Culture, the Namibian Ministry of Environment, Forestry, and Tourism, the Oromia Tourism Commission in Ethiopia, and the International Hospitality Institute in Texas, USA. Additionally, we are happy to have as Event Partners Eko Hotels & Suites, Nwando’s Signature Events, Silverbird Group, and Robert Taylor Media.

The Pyne Awards have played a critical role in influencing and transforming the narrative of Africa’s service culture, attitudes, excellence, and business structures in order to align with international best practices and global standards.
